We are fully equipped with:
- Separate cabins and separate PCs for each doctors
- Average number of patients around 30-40
- 2-5 new RCTs per day
- Rotary Endodontics in Practice
- On an average we perform 20-25 implants per month
- Well known Implant systems along with Implant Kits
- In House Physio dispenser for Implant surgery.
- Ongoing 200 Ortho patients
- Having In house OPG machine
- 8-10 certified dental assistants
- In house Intraoral Scanner for digital prosthetic work
- Digital Documentations in practice
- Class B Autoclave
- 2 RVG and 2 Portable X ray machine

Key Responsibilities:
As a Dental Surgeon at Laxminarayan Dental Clinic and Implant Center, you will:
- Experience: We require dental surgeon for general dental practice with 3 – 5 years of experience and must be capable of producing all basic dental like scaling, root canal, crown cutting, restorations, and knowledge on operating RVG and OPG, patient management, confidently. The treatment once given should gain the confidence of patient and they must look up on Laxminarayan Dental clinic to resolve further dental Issues.
- Well Dressing: We require a doctor who is well-dressing, well-mannered ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality dental services.
- Effective Communication: Communicate with our patients in their preferred language, Gujarati, to provide clear explanations of procedures, treatment options, and post-treatment care. The dentist must be capable of speaking other languages like Hindi and English for Non-Gujarati patients.
- Patient Management: Exhibit confidence and professionalism in managing patient’s dental needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience. We hope this Job Vacancy for BDS in Gandhinagar will be a great opportunity to explore and learn modern dentistry.
- Independent Clinic Operation: Take charge of your practice within our clinic, making independent decisions regarding treatment plans and providing mentorship to junior staff.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Should be available for Full Time or Part Time (Evening shifts)
- Fluent in Gujarati for effective patient communication.
- Confidence in patient management and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Commitment for minimum of 2 years
